The sun (with a huge help from a power washer--Note to self: DO NOT power wash awnings) finally caused the awnings to be replaced in 2022. Awnings have an expected life of 10 years, but as long as you don't power wash yours, you could well have yours last close to 20 years! The Sunbrella fabrics are fantastic.The awning frames are as sturdy now as they were when they were brand new with the first awning fabric. Even the many wind and rainstorms never impacted the frames or the fabric.But boy are those awnings a lifesaver in the summer when the sun is beating down. Price seemed fair and reasonable. 4-6 week eta for installation which was right on schedule. Juan and crew were friendly, polite, professional and cleaned up well after themselves. I HIGHLY recommend this company for their attention to detail, knowledge of product and excellent service. I did get an initial bid from another company who assured me that they'd give me the best price out of the competition. Laughable after I spoke with Accent Awnings. Their products work well, last long and look great. My last house had large awnings and they were good for 10 years. This house it's only been a week or two but the service was perfect and I'm very happy with how they look and work. I know you can find cheaper awnings but I doubt they would have the smooth operation of the mechanics these have or the long lasting fabrics. The guarantees are really good too. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and arrived on time. My 2 custom awnings arrived 2 weeks early. Juan and his crew came out to install. They were quick, clean and friendly and did a great job. They were on time as well and cleaned up prior to leaving. I am very happy with my 2 new window awnings and have had multiple compliments on them from my neighbors. Highly recommend 10/10! read less
